Our company policy is to please customers whenever possible by going above and beyond their expectations. There are times we fall short of this commitment to our customers which allows us to learn and make corrections to our operationsWe have consistently provided remedy for any
damages we may have caused to the satisfaction of our customers. However, in this case we don't believe our operators, equipment, and or process caused these damages to the vehicle. We responded in a timely manner to the concern once made aware it existed by offering to have the vehicle cleaned of any dust that may have accumulated. We also offered to supplement the costs of an estimate provided to meet the owners deductible staying true to going above and beyond to help. Both the cleaning and supplemental funds were declined by the owner. We are empathetic to the owners feelings of their car having been damaged. There is no information we have that leads us to believe our actions caused the damages to the vehicleIf information should become available supporting the owners belief our actions caused the damages our company will gladly remedy the issue immediately as it has always done in the past.Respectfully,*** ***Seabreeze Property Services***

To whom it may concern, Firstly,cleaning a car that has lost paint will not prevent future rusting of chipped areas.  Paying for my insurance deductible will not come close to the increase in monthly payments due to an incident that resulted in negligence from employees . And after researching,experimenting and speaking to several experts in lawn care products I am confident that the reason of my paint loss to fender and hood is due to your leaf blowers power to blast rocks and gravel onto the  surface.  That being said I am also confident to allow the small claims court to decide this matter.
