On the morning of we were called by the head of security Richard representing the property owner of [redacted] He informed us that there was a vehicle parked illegally and he needed it to be removedThe claimant stated that she parked the vehicle and left the premisesWe do not under any circumstance do any vehicle removal without a signed contract from the property owner and a phone call from themThe signs are clearly posted as such.The parking is only for patrons of the business during business hoursWe have a signed tow bill from the head of security to remove the vehicleWe only followed the orders of the property owner

As you can see in the previous email I attached clear photos of our signs posted at the property that the complainant said were not visibleThey are all over the property in clear viewAs I stated previously we were called by the head of security of the property to remove her vehicle because she parked it and left the vehicle before business hoursThe management company has a signed contract with us and calls us to remove vehicles parked not doing business or on or after business hours. My car were there less then an hour and there were no signs where I parked. So how come they were Towing away the [redacted] workers car also and they I work there. I wanted to shop but after they charged me $ 136 dollars I had no money left. I used to enjoy shopping there now I don't even want to go there anymore, because I am afraid my car going to be towed away.
