Review: I went with my daughter to the mall today, who has allergies to many things, and we were minding our own business when a lady from the business approached us and said if we would like to try their product and we replied "No" and tried to move on. She cut my daughter off and insisted we stop and try it. We tried to move on but failed. The lady proceeded to put skin lotions on both of us. Eventually we purchased the lotions but wanted to move on. She then pushed us to try other samples and purchase more, which we were told was a different price than we paid. We did not know this until after we got our receipt because they were secretive at the register and did not show the price to us. 600 dollars later, the manager approached us and tried to thrust more on us and was extremely pushy, even when we insisted we couldn't afford it. We felt trapped with both of them offering us more deals but we didn't want to spend any more. Both proceeded to push products on us physically and we said no but they continued. We were there over an hour, and we didn't want any of the second transactions products to begin with. The thing that bothered us the most was how shady the business was. The younger lady kept adding stuff to our bag but called them "free gifts" and said we shouldn't tell her manager(who later came up and pushed the product on us and said that we shouldn't tell anyone. Overall, we were completely dissatisfied and felt the business was very inappropriate and suspicious. We also didn't know that they said "no refunds" on the receipt but they didn't say that to us or have that posted. The prices were also not posted, so we had no idea if they were telling the truth and half the items on the receipt are incorrectly priced or free, which were products we did not want. Lastly, they were entirely too pushy and unprofessional about their business and got angry when we said we did not want to purchase anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and we will return the products which we didn't open or touch.
