Seafarer Condominium Resort

I am disputing the claim on Mr. [redacted].First his wife made the reservation.  Then Mr. [redacted] called saying that he works for the Dept. of Health and wanted to make sure he had a good room as he has had other problems when in staying in hotel and was just checking.He arrived and was very happy...

with all his accommodations.  Thought this was a great hotel and even told the other customers of the hotel at the fire pit.  He did request 5 more additional pillows for his room.  We had to decline because our pillow order was back ordered, which I explained.  Everyone room had 4 pillows (2 on each bed) and 1 extra pillow, till our order arrived.  At 5:30am I received a call from a customer who then proceeded to say he could not sleep and his family was leaving.  No room, no name etc.It was not till after 11am that I realized it was Mr. [redacted].  He then called my office on July 6th not giving his name and asking if we could tell him what day his wife stayed here. I returned his called and then after looking it up and giving his name he wanted to know what I was going to do about his room.  I asked him what was wrong with it, as he waited 5 weeks to lodge a complaint.  He then proceeded to inform me once again he works for the health department. Then continued to list all the things wrong from the pillows, bites, smelly room, room not as described, etc.  I explained to Mr. [redacted] that not one guest has complained about the room for any reason and I would not compensate him.  He then started yelling saying he was going to dispute the charge, I in turn told him I would fight this charge and hung up with him still yelling.  So, I dispute the charges, which I have also done with his Credit Card Company. You may also go to my site or ([redacted].com) I did not make any false advertisements on my rooms.  Also, as far as his reference about my employee, I told him she works for the Town of Wells, not the Health Department.  You may also check out my response to Mr. [redacted] on [redacted].com as he seems to be making the rounds on bad mouthing a good hotel. It is pretty bad when a man thinks he can bully his way around in life.
