I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
This is an attempt to cover up this conduct. I have attached the receipt paper that I sent to the individual who requested it.
There is still no identification of [redacted]? He was the individual that I spoke with and who gave me the paper I have furnished. The store manager was not present and would have worn a name tag and identified himself as the manager. This person did not wear a badge and not identify himself but instead told me to call Mr [redacted] at the number indicated. Do not accept their cover up for the real conduct. The man I spoke with was ready to get rid of us and did nothing to identify as a manager or offer me any solution, He stated "there is nothing I can do".
As to the length of time May 2 to June 4th they were hoping I would ** away. They did not attempt to assist me and now with me providing a paper with names they have used that against me with false justification. They did not take my account and contact me or stay in touch or advise me of progress. All they said was that it could not be identified or verified-making me sound like a liar.
The person I spoke with was not the manager. The person they state wrote up a report or an account was a person named [redacted] and she did not keep me informed or diligently conduct an investigation.
What is disconcerting as well is the dates of the offense or violation was a Saturday May 2. They reference Friday as the day of offense and state that it was busy for Saturday-Wrong facts!
Also in the notice is no mention that they gave me food that was undercooked and caused us to be "food poisoned". As well, there was no identification of any individual who was a Corp trainer for food service. There were only workers milling around telling me that there was no chicken for us to have after 45 minutes in line.
The individual they identify as [redacted] is convenient because she was the cashier and her name is on the receipt which was given me when I paid for the chicken. She was not the PERSON WHO TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF LINE and who supported the overt discrimination.
They need to do better research and INDEPENDENT investigation, not use my resources. Funny how fast they responded when I sent them the paper.

Review: We visited the Grill City portion of this business on 5-2-2015 and sought to buy some barbequed chicken on skewers. We stood in line for 45 minutes while we watched previous customers being served. They were busy and continued to make chicken as we watched and when we finally **t to the front of the cue we were told no chicken was available. We watched parties being served ahead of us and we were told that if we did not want pork skewers then we had to get out of line by a female employee. We left the line and asked for the manager and a person with no name badge approached us and asked what was wrong. I told him the story and that we were the only "non=Philipino" people and we believed we were denied service due to our being white. We had observed no other white people in the line at that time (5:53pm).He said he would inquire and told us we needed to get in line and when I explained that we had spent 45 minutes in line already he went back and after a longer delay found us some chicken which he placed in a bag and we paid $15.12 and left. When we **t home it was undercooked and we had to hear it up!Before we left I asked for his name, he wrote on a piece of register tape his name as [redacted]. I asked for his boss, the store manager and I was told he was unavailable but he gave me his name as [redacted] and a phone number of 909-[redacted] (the corporate switchboard somewhere in Riverside county.I called that number the next day and after getting the run around for a half a day finally was connected to an HR rep named "[redacted]" and she said she would file a complaint and after giving her the information and waiting until now I have heard nothing. When I called her the other day she rudely transferred me to her supervisor who was a voice mail and I left my call back information and did not and have not received any call or contact.I have had it and they need to be investigated for how they treat "non Filipinos". And their quality was awful to get rid of us after in fact I paid what was dueDesired Settlement: I would like them investigated for discrimination and receive a refund and an apology from a corporate official who investigates the woman who was rude and discriminated and the so called manager who gave us a phony name and a referral to a general information number and to address this "[redacted]" who tried to blow us off!
