Dear Sir or Madam,Thank you for bringing this complaint to my attentionThe satisfaction of our customers has and always will be of utmost importance to usHad this customer returned the crabs which she claims were “bad” and not to her liking, we would have gladly examined them and either given her a refund or provided a complimentary order of crabs to replace those that were unsatisfactory to herAt this point, we have no way of knowing whether the crabs we sold this customer in good faith were actually consumed by her or even how many she receivedThere has not even been a receipt or proof of purchase provided.Further, I would like to point out that May 10th was our opening weekend for the current crab season and I can guarantee that all crabs were delivered live the morning they were sold and freshly cooked upon order of each customerWe actually ran out of crabs early in the day as they were in such high demand, given the fact that it was our “season opener" and there was far more demand than our supply could provideWhile it is unfortunate to read about this customer's experience, she has provided no legitimate basis for a refund at this pointThank you for your assistance and attention to this matter,
