Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/02/27) */ The facts of what has transpired on this order are as follows: Customer called to place and order on 02/06/2015, which was a Friday Customer Service placed this order and as with previous orders this customer has placed with us, we do not charge the credit card until the part ships At no time did we state we did not have this part nor did the customer request whether this was available We shipped the part within hours of processing the order The customer has previously purchased components/parts from us with the same processing time and we have also shipped the same way on previous orders The customer called on 02/13/looking for the tracking on this order and was also emailed a copy of the invoice on 02/12/so she would have received the tracking on the email, so she could trace the part Seaga does not accept returns, this is part of our terms and conditions which is on her invoice for this part and on previous invoicesIt can also be found at anytime on our website at seaga.com Lastly, even after the customer called for tracking for the part, as they knew it was on its way did they ever make a return call to say they wanted this cancelled because they had found the part in their areaWe have made diligent notes on the above interaction with the customer and at no time have we not been honest and straight forward and helpful to their needs
