dont know where to start day one owner will do anything just to get you to buy a car , will say whatever you want to hear, fixed ac went out in two weeks and refused to repair, back door on the cargo van does not locked its rusted inside to where its not fixedable he claimed it was fixable unsafe equipment...took it to serval micanic shops they all said its a piece of [redacted] what they sold you ,leomen second you will be threaten with repo because they screwed up on paper work they basically sold the van to my fiance with not a vaild driver licence approved him and everything once he gave them the down payment process tag at the dmv they wanted to threaten us with repo because I couldnt make it in I was in the ERhaving complications with my pregnacy because he lied that it wouldnt matter I informed him I was pregnate and not working owner said it doent matter just cosign you will be approved he basically put whatever he need to get us approved so I strighten the paper work with him after all the money we paid and to lose wasnt worth it paper work got switched to my name they say you have a grace peroid to pay but they lied that doent exist you either pay for two weeks or you will get threaten with repo they threaten you for everythingthey expect payment before its even due oh and expect to be threaten I have every voicemail and text message they threaten me and my boyfriend now my boyfriend has nothing to do with this paperwork is under my name but they call and threaten him I asked the assistant if she had my number she said yes then why are you calling him ? there whole policy and grace period is all a lie dont believe nothing cars there are a piece of [redacted] and I would dubble check you contract with them numbers dont add up

Cell Touch Inc on Fletcher is AWFUL. They overcharge for the phones and don't provide receipts and then lie on the customer. Take your business elsewhere. I had to file several complaints in order to get a refund including filing a complaint with my credit card issuer. The response back to the consumer agency that assisted me was full of lies. The business even went so far as to say that I apologized to them and stated that I would return to them for future business. Both statements are blatant lies as I made it very clear that I would NEVER do business with them again AND would be filing additional complaints with the Florida Department of Revenue due to their practice of State of Florida Sales and Use taxes fraud.
