HORRIBLE SERVICE Called a cab to Manhattan Beach yesterday through their appThey picked us up/dropped us there, no problemOrdered a cab to pick us up from Manhattan Beach yesterday (which is in their service area) and the dispatcher by the name of Oleg asked for an address?!?!?!? to a beach?!?!?! He said give him the cross streets, I said I need the car to come to the main entrance by the parkHe still demanded cross streetsThere will always be MISERABLE people that try to make things harder for othersHe was a complete POSCalled EMPIE, they picked us up in min without questioning me about cross streets I had another situation with them several months ago, I ordered a cab to a specific location and for some reason we ended up elsewhereI told the driver that was not where I called the cab to take meThe driver pretended he didn't understand meSO I told him in my native [redacted] languageHe still pretended he didn't understandThose dispatchers are a bunch of is oh wait and another situation, I ordered their cab to a [redacted] on [redacted] Where Loemens used to beEVERYONE knows of that placethe is once again requested a address and said there is no [redacted] on [redacted] ***I placed him on hold, gave him the addressI hope he felt like a is If your wondering why I use them, it is because they are cheaper than other cabs, now I see why Don't waste your time with these issThe dispatchers are all miserable and clueless how to do their jobs

For us to answer what was the reason for the delay need to have to phone number of the client or the address where he/she was picked upWe keep records of all our trips and we can check for the reason of delayIf the reason is because of negligence of our staff we will accommodate our customer with credit toward next his trip

Furthermore, business is stating "If the reason is because of negligence of our staff..." As if the whole incident itself is not a reflection of negligence on behalf of the staff ? What other reason would there have been to have a customer waiting four times longer than what they were told? I do not accept this as a valid response, nor do I want anything further from them

HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Called a cab to Manhattan Beach yesterday through their app. They picked us up/dropped us there, no problem. Ordered a cab to pick us up from Manhattan Beach yesterday (which is in their service area) and the dispatcher by the name of Oleg asked for an address?!?!?!? to a beach?!?!?! He said give him the cross streets, I said I need the car to come to the main entrance by the park. He still demanded cross streets. There will always be MISERABLE people that try to make things harder for others. He was a complete POS. Called EMPIE, they picked us up in 6 min without questioning me about cross streets.
I had another situation with them several months ago, I ordered a cab to a specific location and for some reason we ended up elsewhere. He still pretended he didn't understand. Those dispatchers are a bunch of is.

If your wondering why I use them, it is because they are cheaper than other cabs, now I see why.

Review: 05/**/2015, I called the car service at 10:39am, dispatcher said the car would be downstairs in "5 minutes". Another call at 10:53am, 14 minutes later the car is still not here. No answer at the station. 10:55am, another call, woman dispatcher answers and says the car should be pulling up now. 10:58am, the car has still not arrived. I placed another phone call to the station. A male dispatcher answers. "I have been waiting for a car for 20 minutes, I was told he should be pulling up now. There is no car in sight." The dispatchers responds, "He is at the light." Already frustrated and running late because of the inconvenience I questioned why I had to wait for the car for so long. The dispatcher responded with something along the lines of, "I don't know. I'm only the dispatcher. You asked me where the car is and I told you." What?! I asked to speak to a manager, who of course was not available. No apology, no explanation. At 11:03am, the car finally pulls up. Same question, "Why did the car arrive 20 minutes later when I was told it would only be 5?" ... The answer that I got, "I don't know. Ask the dispatcher." ..... Unbelievable.Desired Settlement: BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS. SURELY WILL NOT BE ME.
