On July 22, [redacted] contacted[redacted], the general manager of SeaHawk Landscaping LLC to notify him that the porch screen hand been cut when they were edging the lawn. Mr. [redacted] informed [redacted] that it would not be an issue and that kind of thing happens all the time. Mr. [redacted] said they would come by the next week and repair the screen. On August 5th, [redacted] again contacted Mr. [redacted] because the screen had not been repaired and she had not received any updates from SeaHawk Landscaping. [redacted] was told by Mr [redacted] that they had been busy , but could take care of the screen next week. Since July 22 to September 12th, we have contacted Mr [redacted] 7 times in regards to this issue and the screen remains in disrepair.Product_Or_Service: Monthly landscape maintenanceOrder_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: No Contract numberDesired SettlementA contract was signed outlining twelve months of work beginning May 1st, 2014 and ending May 1st, 2015. The contact was for $2200 in lawn service to be billed monthly at a rate of $185 a month. August was the last month services were rendered. Payments of $185 were made for the months of May, June and July. I am requesting that SeaHawk Landscaping repair my porch screen. I will send payment of $185 for August and request that SeaHawk Landscaping void the remainder of the balance and contract.Business Response We have settled this case.
