This was not one computer, this was two computers and we had advised the customer of the issues concerning the computer and was told to repair the computersThe computers were upgraded to Windows 10, several drivers were updated, several trips to their facility, as well as several other programs to
the computerThe client contacted the technician today and questioned invoicing and was given the amount of time spent by technicians to fix the computerhours worth of a tech's time was spent between the two computers as well as replacing the hard drives on several of their computers previouslyThe owners were not asked to call the client, the client asked the technician about invoicingThe laptops had to be re-imagedClient authorized all work prior to the work being done on the computers

I am rejecting this response because: they never gave us a total and why would I agree to that price which they never gave me when I could go and buy or more laptops for that kind of money
