Review: My driveway was seal coated on Friday 5/20/2016 and I was told verbally and in writing that there is a 6 month warranty on cracks. I noticed cracks in driveway two days later on Sunday 5/22/2016. I have made several attempts to this business and they have not returned my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like my warranty honored and my driveway fixed please.

Review: The driveway was resealed and cracks filled. The sealant was not applied correctly to the larger cracks. The cracks are open and the material is buckled. The owner [redacted] admitted that he might have a problem with the area and said that he would come to redo the area. An appointment was scheduled for September 24 and he did not show up. Eights calls have been made and not returned by the company. The warranty was for 6 months. The owner has refused to return calls and honor the warranty.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is for us to have the cracks repaired with an extension of the warranty and/or to have our payment of $635 refunded.
