We have been trying since Friday to have our central air conditioning system repaired
My wife and I are senior citizens and have trouble with temperatures in the house reaching close to degrees
We purchased our system from this company just years ago.........under warranty

I have been trying to get the AC system that Fox Mechanical installed inspected to ensure that it was installed per code and to complete the work that was agreed to and paid forFox Mechanical submitted paperwork to the city of Flower Mound in order to get an inspection scheduledFor several weeks I called Fox Mechanical asking for an update and they claimed they were waiting on Flower Mound to review and approve the paperworkI called Flower Mounds building inspections office and was told they sent a note back to Fox Mechanical asking for additional paperwork that is required for the inspectionI have been calling Fox Mechanical for the past weeks without any response trying to get them to submit all required paperwork to the cityI have left numerous voicemails and have not gotten a single phone call in response

I had Fox Mechanical install brand new heating/air units on outside and inside back on June 10, Two months after the install, I had to call them back out again because I had no freon in the outside unit They came out, checked for leaks and filled the freon back up Two weeks later, I had to call them back out because the freon had leaked out again They came out, checked for leaks on both units, filled it back up again I'm being told by Fox Mechanical, the freon line needs replacing, they didn't put a new line in when they installed both new units My old unit was years old, and I never had a problem with it leaking freon I've called numerous times to get them back out to fix this ongoing problem As of right now, I STILL can't use my air conditioner because it has no freon There is no answer at the office phone, only voice mail And when I actually do get someone to answer their phone, they are too busy to speak to me and they always say they will call back, bu

They used a part of my old system on the new system they installedThey told me entire system was newDishonestFraudulentSystem was not working properly from day but they kept saying that it would heat up within hoursInstallation shoddyThe system was installed on MondayI asked for refund and remove his equipment on ThursdayFox mechanical said they would remove Monday morningThen ignored my textsNow they say will not removeI will like them to remove and get refunded

In June of I contacted several AC companies about installing a new AC system in the house I had recently purchasedThe salesman for Fox Mechanical, ***, offered to install a new Trane ton AC system in our houseOne of my concerns when looking for a company to install the AC system was ensuring good airflow on both levels of the story houseFor this reason we received a quote from a different company to install a zoned system to better manage temps throughout the homeI mentioned this to *** and he assured me we didn't need a zoned system, but if required Fox Mechanical would install manual dampers in our duct lines to be able to could adjust the air flow to rooms as neededAfter the AC system was installed and dampers were not included *** stated that it would be better to wait until we were moved into the home to perform a proper balancing of the systemHe told me that our curtains, furniture, etc would have an effect on balancing so we should call once we had been in t
