I am very disappointed with this business. I contracted to have my driveway replaced in May, 2015. The old asphalt was removed and I was left with a dirt driveway which was supposed to be replaced with new asphalt in later part of June. It was not until early in August that the pavers returned after a phone call inquiring about when the job would be completed. After the new asphalt was finally laid I noticed that there were some issues with the quality of the asphalt that I wanted looked into, specifically several areas where the material looked and felt unstable. Also when the asphalt was removed a very heavy cement stair to the rear door of my house was placed on my front lawn. The Seal and Save owner told my that the stair would be replaced back into position once the asphalt was stable in 3 to 5 days. I have phoned their office 5 times to have someone come to replace the stairs and address the problems with the asphalt. We were finally promised that the stair would be replaced on Saturday, August 29th and that someone would call to confirm a time. No one came and no call was received. This is intolerable and very shoddy business practice. I am very sorry that I had any dealings with Seal and Save. They had no hesitation taking my money. Thunder Bay does have some reputable business but some like this outfit seem to have poor customer relations once the cheque has been cashed.
