When I moved into my new home I found an extreme amount of scorpions in and outside my home. Since they came and sealed my home and taught us how to eliminate them by the proper pest control, for the first time since I moved in I feel safe in my home because I have seen a huge reduction in scorpions. Seal Out Scorpion team were friendly and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing problems, or just to avoid problems in the future.

Seal Out Scorpions is the most legitimate, reliable company that I have personally used to take care of something with regards to my home. Our home had a huge issue with scorpion activity 2 summers ago (50+ scorpions in about a 3 month period). I didn't know what to do and was considering moving. I gave Seal Out Scorpions a call and [redacted] was extremely friendly and took a considerable amount of time to explain everything I would need to know about what they could do for my home to rid my home of scorpions. Although sealing our home was a bit costly, their prices were a lot lower than other companies and could not only guarantee their work for than other companies suggested but also had a maintenance program. The technicians (especially [redacted]) were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Within the first year after their service, we saw a scorpion than probably came in on a package. This past year, we had a couple dead scorpions that probably have been in a house for years. There sealing works. I am so grateful for their honest work.

We had quite a high level of scorpions and I had been spraying around the house with limited success. With a new grandchild now arrived who regularly comes over, I was "directed" to come up with a solution. Coincidentally I was given this company as a reference by a co-worker who has a rental in Chandler (with a large number of scorpions) and the renters had been freaking out, also my next door neighbors had two young kids and had gone to this company to resolve their issues. Both are very happy with this company

Anyways they have a very sophisticated package / program which takes several months to implement. This involves a mix of education, inside sealing, external sealing, and chemical spraying etc. etc. They also have a calendar which tells you when to spray etc. . Did you know that scorpion levels are highly correlated to moon phases?

Anyways - the program costs a bit of money, but in this case you certainly get what you pay for and as I said the service is outstanding. An example is they sealed the trap doors during the internal house seal (which took ~ 6 hours for my house), but they were very happy to come back around and do some re-sealing after we had some other workers do work on our roof space.

As Georgia will tell you it's not an over night fix to get rid of the scorpions - the program can take several weeks or months depending upon what time of the year it is. Having said that since these guys did their work we have only seen one scorpion in the last 4 - 6 months and I must admit the program created a little complacency on my part since there have been so few scorpions around I am not spraying as frequently as I am supposed to.

These guys seem to be pretty busy - so it may take a week or so to schedule you in. However getting rid of scorpions is not something you can do in a week - it's a many months long program; so if your going to do it correctly - go with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

When the crew came out, [redacted] was my point of contact. Not only was he a pleasure to talk with, he was competent and knew his business. They did an outstanding job on everything, they were fast and very conscientious about leaving everything clean by wearing booties and protecting my floors. After they were done, [redacted] walked me through the process and showed me everything as well as informed me about what I need to do to keep protecting my home. Since they left, I haven't seen a bug inside my home, or even inside my garage. I am ecstatic with the work they did and would recommend them to everyone I know. I've given out a few of their business cards to my friends and neighbors, and I hope they make the same good decision I did and call them.
