Our Service Department spoke with customer on 9/to schedule or confirm the service appointment for 9/ Although the appointment was confirmed on our end, our Staff failed to call the customer back to communicate this information to him Disciplinary actions have been taken in our
office to correct this problem
The service call was ran on 9/29/and the cracked tub was replaced at that time Technician did make note of excessive hard water buildup causing the drain some difficulty when sealing He advised customer they will need to clean the tub with CLR to remove the hard water build up and improve the seal on the drain
