Dave & his crew came & fixed the leaks in our basement over the past 2 days. We should have had it done several years back but were very reluctant because of the horror stories one hears of contractors! And the costs could be through the roof. We felt we had no choice but to get it done only if we felt comfortable with said contractor and the price factor or we'd just not bother again this year. I did a lot of research /shopping around for quotes prior to deciding to hire Dave/seal Rite. I was immediately impressed with Dave's professionalism, integrity /character, and honesty on the first encounter for the free quote. I got the impression that he wanted to do the job right, so we would never have issues with water /foundation again, but didn't want us to do more work than necessary. Unfortunately our foundation issues turned out to be far worse than anyone could have expected and we discovered this after Dave recommended that we investigate further by removing interior finishings. Dave went above and beyond the normal /expected call of duty and provided assistance/advice when it was appropriate. Dave's team showed up at the house on time /as expected and provided excellent workmanship. They left the site the way it looked prior to the foundation repairs and did a very nice job of 'landscaping' our foundation so it has good curb appeal. Dave ensured that we were kept in the loop regarding any changes during the work, and he stayed true to the original quoted price. For our home, Seal Rite provided 360 degree excavation with blue skin membrane and backfill of Stone; replacement of our weeping tiles; installation of sump pump including the lines under basement floor; and steel bracing along interior walls to repair a large horizontal crack - they completed the work exactly as outlined by the structural engineer. I could not be happier with our decision to trust seal Rite for these extensive foundation repairs. I know that we will never have issues again; and because Dave is good at what he does, he provides a 25 yr guarantee! I would highly recommend this company to anyone, for any type of foundation repair.

Right from the initial quote through to the end of the project this company (estimator and staff) were pleasant, informative, efficient and dependable. The worksite was kept clean and safe and all aspects of the job were discussed and well explained. Would definitely re-hire this company or recommend them to others
