To begin with, we've done over jobs in this area, and so far haven't had one true instance of anyone being able to stain a surface that we've sealedWe've had a few customers over the years that
thought there were stains, but in each case the surface just needed to be cleaned. Along those lines, it is absolutely impossible to stain anything we've sealed if our printed care instructions are followedIf you worked at it, you may be able to create a superficial stain...but as I said, you'd have to work at it, and pretty much abandon all cleaning protocols
Secondly, our franchisee in this area called and left several messages, but none were returnedWe were finally able to get in touch with her, and are scheduled to go there tomorrowWe'll fix this problem, most likely just by cleaning the surface, and this will all be behind us
