Review: Hired this company to do a roof repair due to roofing issues. We were assured that what repair they did would fix the problem. Also because of this problem our family room is damaged, floor ceiling and walls. Now there are mold issues. We have repeatedly tried to contact the person who did the work, and the company. We have left several messages and emails. Now we are calling and find out, phones are disconnected or not taking phone calls. My family room ceiling is now about to cave in due to the amount of water that is sitting up there.Desired Settlement: The work cost us $ 1700.00 . The estimate to fix the family room was at $1100.00 ,but now due to the further damage, probably will be more.Thank you so much for your help in this matter.[redacted]
