Please do not use this company. They did came out and did our new asphalt driveway and it was a horrible job. Placed many calls to them and went down to the office. No return phone calls at all. This was over a 2 week period. So we ended up going to the City of Batavia who issued the permit. They came out to do a final inspection and could not believe what a horrible job they did. They in turn sent a letter to Dan from SealCoat Solutions. Stating that for ever day it was not fixed. With in 48 hours we heard from his wife Nancy on a Sunday evening. We did not get the call until late that night. They showed up on Monday morning to fix the issues. Which they tried to. Still have issues with it. It is higher then the street level and higher then our garage floor. We have two very large ponds on it when it rains. Not worth making any calls that you know will not be returned. Customer service there is just so unprofessional it is not even funny. Out some big bucks for a couple that are retired and have a limited salary. Do not use them!!!!!!

I dont know how the Revdex.com is letting this company be accredited with an A+ Rating. This company should be removed and with an F Rating.
This is how terrible this company is. My husband signed a quote to get our driveway done with asphalt back on 9/25/2016.
The quote stated the following for the amount of $2165.50:
Remove and Replace:
-Remove and dispose of existing asphalt
-Install CA-6 Gravel Mix, as needed to insure a min. of (6) inches of stone
-Fine grade and compact gravel base
-Install (3) inches of compacted surface asphalt level with concrete surfaces
They requested we give them a 50% deposit prior to starting the driveway. Which we were Not gonna provide because this was a 1 day job!
On 9/27 they called my husband and said they would be out to start the job on 9/28 and we could pay them when the job was completed. They arrived with six guys. 4 of them were standing around and watching the other 2 guys work and they only worked for about 4 hrs, if even that. They tore up the driveway and put some gravel down (Only a half of a truck load, if that). They said they had to wait for the inspector to come out and inspect the job before going further. The inspector came around 1:00 pm, on that same day. They said they would come back either later that afternoon or next day to pave and no show! Dan (Owner) sends my husband a text @ 8:51 pm (That same night they did the tare up) and states we need to pay him an additional $500 for gravel. When it clearly states in the contract "as needed". My husband clearly told him no. We are NOT paying for that additional gravel. He should have contacted him at the time they were putting the gravel down. But instead had to wait until late in the evening to do that! We would have never agreed anyway to that price. Dan sends my husband another text saying "he had $316 in Gravel, $153 in dump fees and 6 hours of trucking gravel in and soil out." My husband texts him back and said "What is that suppose to mean?"
We had to wait for all the rain to stop and that was on 10/1/2016. On Oct 3, My husband sent Dan a text to find out when they were coming back? Dan says he has to wait a couple of days to let it dry out. Oct 5, my husband sends out another text to find out what is going on. Dan says "the guys were coming back out in the afternoon to check for the stability in the gravel and Dan says the soil under the driveway is holding water. I will let you know, what happens this afternoon." Really, news Flash this is the first about hearing about any the soil issue, now. Once again, No show or never got a response back from Dan. We had went back down to West Chicago to get a hold of the inspector. Now he has to come back out and re-inspect. We also, cancelled the contract with Dan/ Sealcoat Solutions as we are getting nothing but excuses and the run around. Today- 10/7/16-We were just told by the city of west chicago inspector- Dan did not put enough gravel down (some areas only had 1" versus other areas up to 3" and also put the incorrect gravel on our driveway. Dan put crushed limestone down instead of the #CA-6 stone (for the base). We believe this is why he never came back to finish the driveway because he knew it would not pass 2nd inspection with the City of West Chicago.
NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY UPFRONT and STAY AWAY. They are scammers and cannot be up front and honest with their customers.
BTW-If you have your own business be aware cause the girl Misty that works in their office. Went on [redacted] and gave our business a bad review. As, they are/were making threats to customers who do not pay and now they are going as far as putting falsifying reviews for peoples biz. How immature!

After reading their great score on Revdex.com we hired this company to do our driveway. Not pleased at all with the customer service. When I called the office to get an idea of when the work would begin the girl repeated we will call you a day before multiple times. I had to finally ask her to get a supervisor on the phone. We were then notified that we were scheduled on 090115 in the late morning. Wrong they came mid afternoon and I had to leave for work. They asked me to leave my garage door open and they would shut it. Yeah nope I am not doing that when I am not home. I told the workers that I leave at 130 and asked them to come earlier to finish the job today. Hmmm it is 090215 and they are here again at 1pm asking me to leave the garage door open. Got an attitude from the guy as well when I told him no. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Your customer service is terrible. The woman who answers the phone only knows how to say I don't do the scheduling then promises to ask and call back and never does. I just hope that the quality of the work is good and we will see after 2 days. My suggestion please find a company that has better customer service. I am not asking for the world but when I am told that they would be here late morning so they could finish the pervious days job in the early morning I expect the same as my job was not finished the first day and was not important enough to finish the following early morning. Please do not call me to offer any excuses in regards to this. I would hope that you care enough to find solutions to improve your customer service.
