Do not go to this practice My wife and I are in the adoption process and needed a form filled out for it I went and saw Dr *** in June He was a nice guy but the practice did not have all of the tests required to run my physical so I had to go to other doctors to have the form filled I had hoped to be done with Seale Harris at that point
In September 2014, it was brought to our attention that we needed another copy of the same form Dr*** filled out filed again When attempting to get it taken care of, we were informed that Dr*** had passed away and we would need to see another doctor, Dr***, to sign the form but the office manager, ***, assured us that we would not need to pay another fee We specifically asked and were told no fee would be assessed
After my visit, I was given a bill for $and *** told me that there was nothing she can do If the second doctor deemed necessary to bill us for the form signing then we had to deal with it My insurance would not pay for it because to them it was a duplicate appointment in the same year $for a signature because Dr*** had passed away How sad and tragic for Dr***, but a terrible business model that they would penalize his patients Dr*** would be SICK at this practice of extortioners $for a signature After many conversations with ***, she said sorry about my luck and they are expecting payment I will pay the $but want to make sure no one else gives this company their business
