This is to complain about Sealed Unit Parts Co.,Inc (SUPCO).

I purchased a SUPCO's Refrigerator Filter (Replacement for GE MWF Refrigerator Filter) and installed on 10/19/2013. Today's 01/19/2014, exactly 3 months from the installation, the new filter stopped working. Had the technician look into it and was told that the filter is clogged so no water can come from dispenser any more.

I made the purchase of filter through [redacted] and order number is [redacted].

I am so saddened by the quality of SUPCO's product. Would you please help me and order them to refund? Thanks and your help is highly appreciated! [redacted]Desired Settlement: repair or replacement

We received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding your experience with the SUPCO water filter you purchased in October 2013 through [redacted] A representative from SUPCO emailed you the following response on Jan. 20, 2014:

A clogged filter is not uncommon, and can attributed to the filter functioning properly by keeping that material out of the water.

Since this was an [redacted] purchase, any refund would have to go through the seller it was purchased from.

However, we’d be happy to send you some replacement filters at no charge.
