Review: There is 2 separate issues.#1:[redacted] worked on my road. The cost was $5326.He was supposed to slope & overlay 1 & 1/2 inches of asphalt. We both understood that the water must drain off of the road. It does not.He refuses to do it correctly.Issue #2: I live on a private road with 10 additional houses. Several of the houses on the road did not have the money to do a contract to overlay 2 inches on a road that winds for @ 400'.The total cost for the 2 inch overlay was $40,691.50.We divided the cost by 11 houses which was $3,700 for each house. The person at the top of the hill was very desperate to do the work, so he covered the cost of several houses.I think he paid @ &18,000. [redacted] found this out,& decided to give him $13,000 back.As a result, [redacted] did an asphalt overlay of about 1 inch instead of 2 inches per contract. He refuses to correct thee problem.Desired Settlement: I would like Sealright Paving ( [redacted] ) To complete the job that he was paid to do,but he refuses.
