I never leave reviews, but felt that this one was worth my time I just wanted to thank [redacted] & [redacted] one more time, I'm sorry I gave them such a hard time about picking out my shutters, but after the way we were ripped off by another company we were so afraid of getting burned again We had shutters installed by another company and they were just awful The paint started peeling almost immediately and when we found out that they painted them in their own shop and argued with us about coming back out and taking care of their mess, it was just too much The other company did nothing but blame us and tell us it was our fault for opening our windows???? Why? The shutters never got wet, how could this be our fault? Then they blamed our windows? We paid ALOT of money for these shutters, they told us they came with a lifetime warranty, only the warranty only lasted until he cashed the check So I decided to call someone else hoping they could take care of this mess we'd gotten into with another company Mr [redacted] was actually willing and able to fix a few of them and worked with us on a price for the ones that were to far gone Thank you American Blinds so much!
