We had a problem with a water shut off valve in our bathroomThe "Shark bite" Accor brand water supply shut off under the sink was leaking on the cold sideI called aaa augerThe guy showed up...rude, filthy, and didn't know what a "shark bite" was ( I knew more than him and I'm not even a plumber!!)He quoted a price of to fix itI said thanks but no thanksI called Rapid Response Plumbing for a second opinion [redacted] said I'll be there in minutesminutes later he was at my house and within minutes had me fixed with a new water supply shut off and the bill was less than 100$Rapid Response Plumbing has a custom for life!

TERRIBLE! Stay away from this companyThey lied, the car was still sitting AFTER I movedI spoke with an agent every day, and he said, TOMORROWNever happenedI had to move and was goneFinally spoke to the owner and he said he had fired the agent I was working withThat was a lie as wellThe guy was still thereAND he kept my depositI got another transporter and they moved the car the next day

I got a call from Seamless on 5/16, and was given the low rate of $450! I found out that it had to do with the time if year that I was shipping the car.Everything went smoothlydays later, I got the car picked up, and days later I received the car in Florida.I was surprised at how fast I got my car[redacted] was great, and the carrier company did an excellent job.Thank you!

Joseph G*** (Rapid Response Plumbing) had been my plumber for about years, but he has lost me as a customer forever on the last job He was hired on March to clear a drain line from my washing machine, but it was determined the pipe under the foundation had to be replacedEverything went smoothly until March when the inspector cleared that the tunnel under the house could be filledMrGonzales was paid in full (over $15,000), but the tunnel wasn't filled until July (3-1/months later) and the mound of dirt in my yard wasn't picked up until August It was a very stressful situation at a time when I was also receiving chemotherapy for a serious diseaseI will never use his services again

Rapid Response Plumbing, Joseph G*** performed fraudulent services at my home over year and mos agoThe problem still exist, was never fixedUnfortunately, the plumber who performed the job left a lot of work undone and was paid over $I have a tunnel in my backyard and was informed by last estimate out of others that the tunnel is undersizedTouching up the current tunnel to meet code requirementsIn addition more feet of tunneling requiredThe job was not done up to code requirements and permits and the problem still exist

I called Rapid Response Plumbing for a second opinion. [redacted] said I'll be there in 20 minutes. 18 minutes later he was at my house and within 10 minutes had me fixed with a new water supply shut off and the bill was less than 100$. Rapid Response Plumbing has a custom for life!
