Homeowners beware, this man (Sean cook) started a job in my home then walked out on it. He was up to four hours late everyday, and there was a new expense everyday he Charged me thousands more then what we agreed on, then he didn’t show up the one day and when my wife asked him if he was coming to work on the tile he completely lost it on my wife and said because he’s pissed off he was going to charge us another three thousand dollars. He comes across as very nice but trust me do not allow this guy in tour house. His cousin who works for him has a stealing problem this is a quote from the owner himself (Sean cook) and yet he still allows him in the house he said he’ll just keep an eye on him. He also does a really poor job and will give you plenty of reasons as to why he needs to charge you more. Again this man will try to rob you run the other way. Sean A Tile is a scam. Plus he stole some of the material that I paid for and he came up with reasons as to why it should be his anyway.
This Man stole over $4000.00 of our hard-earned money and left our home in dangerous renovation chaos! He walked out on the job and said he wanted more money to finish the job! We had a contract and paid for him! He has made threats constantly and also threatened my husband's job in the army! Were walking around our home with the missing floor on half of our downstairs, mortar everywhere that our dogs keep trying to eat because it's stuck to the walls and the floor. He did some of our downstairs in tile and left the rest unfinished. We have been under constant stress since we hired him. Constantly being available to him and his timing. Hed says hell come at x time never show, sometimes not show throughout the entire day as we waited on him. We asked him if he was coming one day and he flipped out cussed us threatened us and made us afraid to be in our own home. His name has circulated throughout social media as a scam artist and we happen to be one of them. Our children and animals are living in a dangerous circumstance. We have to hire someone to finish the job because of this. Of which he took all the money! To make matters worse, were under contract to sell our home and our realtor cannot show our home because of how bad it is. The bathroom downstair has no toilet and sink because he took them out. the floor is missing there are staples hanging out of the cabinets from him removing the base throughout the entire downstairs. Our beautiful home looks absolutely horrible. My husband risks his life to provide this home to our family and its dangerous to walk in. He is soon to deploy and afraid for our safety from this man's threat and as well as the home is in the condition it is in. We have no idea what he's capable of! He was referred r=through home advisor and is no longer in their system. Please if you can help us to save others from this unthinkable experience! He is on the recording saying he charge us $3000 more to finish if he feels like it and we better stop pissing him off or else.
I am responding the claim that was made against Sean A. Tile our business did not still any money from Mrs. she paid for work that was completed as the job went on. She was required to make a deposit of $3065 this included material cost and when Sean was more then half way done she made another deposit of 955 for more completed work and setting materials.. I am also going to attached of completed work and a text message of how happy she was with Sean A Tile installation work as we all know contractors have multiple jobs they are doing and Mrs *** did get 3/4 of her work done. She states in her complaint that their house is under contract which I do not believe this is true because Mrs *** stated they had just moved into their home and to use her husbands military status is very disgusting due to the fact my father was military and he fought in two wars and never would I use my father's military status for sympathy as she did in this complaint. When Sean tried to finish their Job he was told by her husband to wait until he returned from the field and that is what he did and when Sean did not hear from Mr. , Sean called Mr. and that is when Mr. said to Sean that he walk off the job and don't text me or my wife this incident is being taken care of. Sean was surprised by this comment and text Mr. by repeated what stated asking for a response of what Mr. was trying to say and so Sean repeated his text message and now I walked off the job don't text me. There was not threats made Mr. and Mrs. Sean is a professional man who has to much to lose over one job he has been in the business for 5 years by himself and has been doing this kind of work for 20 years learning the trait. This is our lively hood and how we survive to make our money and their is no way Sean would jeopardize our source of income our company name is not out there as a scam artist we do not scam people and we do have very happy customers. Mr. and Mrs. are upset because they could not get everything for free which they were trying to do and when Sean discussed the additional charges for the additional prep work this is when they got mad it does stat in the contract that any changes or additional prep work is subject to additional fees. This job was not referred through Home Advisors because we have not have a account Mrs *** has made so many false statements due to the fact she could not keep getting free work. I have attached a pictures of her basement of how beautiful it looks and the clean job that was done work as I have sent a text message from Mrs. Alui thanking Sean for the work and how he was communicating with her on what was going on. You cannot still money when I have proof of work that was completed at her house
Thank you for your time I hope this information is enough to show Sean A. Tile did nothing wrong but be nice and try to help Mr. and Mrs. and that they are upset because they were the ones trying to scam Sean by thinking they could get this job for free.
