Review: I am filing this complete due to mis representation for billing charges due to a missed appointment on 01/28/2013 for [redacted] and [redacted] in the amount of $100.00. [redacted] office agreed to accept payments in the amount of $5.00 a month starting in Feb of 2013, then in the month of April and May they stated adding a billing change that was never told to me nor was I notified by mail that I would be changed this billing charge in the amount of $20.00 a month. I'm willing to pay what I owe in the amount of $85.00Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] to send a corrected statement without billing charges that was never told or informed that would take place. If I don't get it correct I will pursue this matter by other means.
