I had a very similar issue on my house. Prior to deploying (I am active duty military), I ask [redacted] for help with a roof leak. He quoted me $3,500. After work was complete, the cost was now $5,430 without any communication in-between that the final cost was significantly more than the quote. However, the roof was fixed, at least that was what I thought while I was deployed for two years. When I PCS'ed back to the states, I realized their was a leak in the same area I had asked [redacted] to fix. I asked [redacted] for help and not only did he refuse to help, but he stated that the roof was such in bad shape during the original repair, that I needed a whole new roof. Information I wish I had prior to him taking my $5,430 and prior to my deployment. And when I expressed my disappointment, he was very unprofessional over the phone. I attempted to write an official complaint on Revdex.com, but because so much time had past since the original work was completed, it would not be considered (I was in another country and wasn't able to see these issues until 2 years later when I got back home. [redacted] did not fix my original problem, he charged significantly more than the quote, did not fix bad work, and was rude when attempting to resolve this issue. I do not recommend using this company.

A repair was done on my roof and soon afterwards, had a leak in exactly the same area. I called repeatedly and it took them almost a month to respond. They refused to repair their substandard work without significant additional charges. They also said I need a new roof but even if true, that does not negate the fact that they charged a significant amount of money for a totally bogus repair. I do NOT recommend this company,
