friend of theirs who I had previously built kitchen cabinets.As I do with all my customers, the three of us sat down in my office and went over all details of the custom wood cabinets they requested me to build them.I have been in the cabinet manufacturing industry for forty one years, my company has been in business for thirty five years, and I use nothing but high quality materials for all my high end custom homes. I only supply cabinetry for multi-million dollar homes and custom high end remodels. The products and materials I use are in alignment with industry standards, acceptable by multiple building contractors and other owner builder customers who I provide a service to. I am offended that this customer has received a random opinion from a counter top installer, hired by [redacted], who is defaming and discrediting my name and product. The OSB product utilized on all my cabinets is placed in all my cabinet jobs for years with no complaints, in my own home. If the granite installer felt this was a defective product, why did he install his counter tops on top of the product?If Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] would like to have the OSB product replaced on their cabinets with plywood, as they have suggested, I will agree to provide all plywood that is needed at no cost, but I will not be responsible or pay for any damage to their granite counter tops, or any other appliances, cabinets, products, materials, etc. of any kind during the removal process.
