To Whom It May Concern,Sean Rock Exterminating was hired by [redacted] on 10/19/for termite treatment that included a year warranty and inspection of bait stations every monthsMs [redacted] 's stations were in fact checked according to the schedule and she was either home or informed that the check was complete.In her letter she references that the last check was complete 6/27/and that I have not been back for the most recent checkThis complaint was filed before the agreed upon two month timeframe which would have been 8/27/Since this complaint, I have returned to Ms [redacted] 's home on 8/22/and had her sign the letter that I was thereSee attached.Additionally, Ms [redacted] called in July stating that one of the bait stations were brokenI returned 7/27/to find out the break was due to her running it over with a lawnmowerNormally, I charge $for a bait station replacement however I did so at no charge to her.Sean Rock Exterminating has completed everything agreed upon within the contract for termite control and will continue to do so.Sincerely, Sean R***
