Hello , We are unable to pull any records provided by you , Please provide us with the customer id , invoice no so that we can look into the issue***

We received a call from [redacted] on 10th Dec as he was facing issues with the system to which one of our technicians resolved the issue on his system and also we received an appreciation email from him and a copy of which is attachedLater in Jan he called us again and upgraded his services to complete year.We fix LLC offers the customer a complete refund in case the issue is not resolved or the customer is not satisfied with the services, We would have done the same if the customer would have asked us to do so In order to resolve thee matter we are refunding both the transactions ( $and $) back in the same card which was used for payment

technical support company and same was done in this case as wellBy the end of the call customer did confirm that issue that he was facing has been resolvedCustomer could have contacted us for further support or refund as we have a day return policy wherein customer can contact us in case he/she is not happy with our services or the solution that we have provided. We have contacted the customer informed about the above stated policy and offered further support however customer wanted to go for Refund and close this caseWe have processed the complete refund of $that customer paid us and same was informed to the customer.Regards***

Hello ,We did received a call from Mr *** *** as he was facing issues with his *** printer We never portray our self as Brands *** ** etc On our website its mentioned that we are an independent provided and also we have a disclaimer mentioned in Bold letters stating that we are
a third party service providers please find the below mentioned disclaimer from our website .Links or appearance from WeFix to third-party sites do not constitute an endorsement by WeFix of the parties or their products and services and we have not investigated the claims made by any advertiser.We are a THIRD-PARTY Technical Service Providers and do not have any affiliations with the brands we provide service for namely Microsoft, Dell and othersOur service is provided by our pool of talent recruited from the standard channelAll the brands are represented for presentation purposes onlyIf the product is under warranty, the Brand or Product Vendor may be giving free repair and replacement serviceThe service we provide are always available in the brand's owner website.Trademark and use of Name is referential and WeFix LLC has no affiliation with any brandWeFix LLC is a Global Company based out of Houston, Texas (USA). Mr ***s did entered the credit card details on our payment gateway but we never charged him for the support we provided and voided the transaction because he disconnected the call soon after his issue was resolved According to our process after the issue gets resolved the call is transferred to a Quality Analyst and only after the customer confirms that his issue is resolved and he is satisfied with the support provided the billings team get a approval from the quality team and then the charge is settled by the billing's manager Where as in this case Mr *** disconnected the Call and never answered our call backs so the transaction was voided the same time. We make our customers aware about " what we are " and " what we do " before he /she even enter's their personal details on our website As per our process the call is transferred to a verification officer before the payment is processed where he informs the customer about the company and only once he gets a approval from the customer a customer id is created . Once the customer id is created we send a welcome letter and invoice to the customer which clearly says "Wefix LLc " on it along with the Toll free number and support email id's also a troubleshooting email which contains all the troubleshooting steps performed are emailed to the customer .I we were a scam as Mr ***'s has mentioned in his complaint we would have never voided the transaction as soon he disconnected the phone after getting his issue resolved . We fix technician spent more than hour to resolve Mr *** issue and we did not even charged him for the services provided because we believe in customer satisfaction and have thousands of happy customer We completely do not understand the point of filing the complaint as we are not even asking *** to pay for the services he has taken from us .Wefix LLC

I have reason to believe this company has no physical presence in the United StatesThe address listed on the website is this: Centre Village Drive Centerville VirginiaThere is no such place as Centreville or Centerville, Va
The people I talked to all have strong Indian accents, but the pretend to have American names(One guy said his name was "Kevin." I can't remember the othersTheir website, wefix365.net, is written in broken English
I strongly believe these people are foreign scammers set up in business to do nothing more than cheat U.Scitizens

Sorry, I’m disinclined to believe that it wasn’t truly WeFix since all of the banner information for payment clearly had the WeFix logo and address information… and the 844-365-number given to me by the tech (to whom I was transferred after calling the 800-243-number) has the person answering the phone saying it is WeFix

I cannot and will not give them any positive recommendation to anyone. They prey on the public who are unlearned in computer technology.

We have always been a customer centric organization we called the customer and we have reached an agreement with the customer that he will withdraw this complaint along with all other complaints.

I do not agree with some of their statements  in the response.  I have talked to Nick one of their billing clerks this afternoon, however Nick has stated that they have refunded the $149.00 and the second $100.00 back to my credit card. Nick advises that it will take 5 to seven days for the transaction to show up on my card.I will consider this case closed at this time.
