Review: in 2012 had a new furnace and ac unit installed. on contract I was told I would receive a ac and furnace cleaning. I had problems with ac unit not holding gas, I was told it was pipe that ran from ac to furnace leaking, charged me $600.00 more and gave me another cleaning. have not received any cleanings as of yet. been calling for 3 weeks and received 1 call back. set up appt. to come out never showed. set up 2nd appt. never showed. now he won't return my calls.Desired Settlement: want refund for 2 cleanings
