Review: On 3/*/13, I pawned my diamond engagement ring and the sales girl, [redacted], dropped my ring. She picked it up and told me it was ok and put it in the envelope. When I returned to pick up my ring on 7/*/13, it was given to me with clear scotch tape on it and a diamond was missing. When I inquired about what happened to my ring, the salesperson [redacted] told me that [redacted] had been fired and that I needed to talk to someone else. She gave me a bogus name of a manager and told me that he would contact me. Contact was never made. I pawned my ring at [redacted], ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I have to purchase a diamond and the cost of repair to my ring. I am asking for $1500.
