We have a home for sale and it was inspected by this company Multiple items on the inspection were just wrong and easy for us to check The report said windows were painted shut I opened every window in the house and none were painted shut and only one was a little hard to open The report said two commode tanks were loose The plumber who came in said if they were tightened any more it would do damage to them These were simple things we could see so there is no telling if other things on the report were accurate or not We lost the sale of the house and I firmly below an inaccurate inspection was the cause
