I am not sure which company is submitting this complaint as I have three companies at the address of [redacted] Beverly Hills, CA 90212, however, they are all delinquent, and have been sent to collections since 8/4/16. Company 1 was invoiced $35 on 3/7/16 for 2016 registered agent...

I am rejecting this response because: it is not the true. The fact is that we were forced and we had to pay for the service we did not order, we only hired them for the first year in order to bid for a job in that state, but they wanted to keep charging us for continues years. This person in charge at the North Dakota office, never wanted to hear anything we have to say, or give us a logical explanation, just wanted to continue charging for services and interest for services that we did not renew.This company takes advantage of small businesses like ours because we are far away.  I just want people to be aware of that, or this company in North Dakota be clear to clients in the services that they provided.
