Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have just filtered my inbox and looked through my spam folder and there is nothing from this company that has been sent to meAs you can imagine, their software is still on my computer and affects my browsing experience and work productivity on a daily basisI have never heard back from Search SnacksI want to know how to permanently delete and fully remove the software off my computerI need Search Snacks to give me detailed steps to do soI propose they email the Revdex.com with these steps so there is no doubt they have provided this information and then I would accept the business response if indeed the steps provided fully remove the softwarePlease let me know what you would like me to do to solve this issue or what I must do to escalate in such a case when the defendant has allegedly taken action but in reality failed to address the issue with the plaintiff Please note the initial delay in response and failure to confirm email submission to you and myself should already raise a red flag about Search Snacks' business practices I appreciate you assistance Sincerely, [redacted]

Our records also show we did first receive an email from [redacted] (ID: [redacted] ) on 8/25/which we immediately replied to that same day with instructions and the removal tool to uninstall Search SnacksWe did receive two more emails from her on 9/16/and 9/17/replied to both with the same instructions along with the removal tool by 9/19/ We reached out to her yesterday 9/23/once we received your letter and have been corresponding with her since then and it seems as thought she has removed Search Snacks from her computerWe did let her know that if she has any further issues that we are more than happy to help assist her Search Snacks is a program which allows you to search content on any web page by highlighting words and phrases to show more information such as the Wikipedia or Bing results Search Snacks also has a translate feature that lets you learn a new language as your browse the webHighlight a word and Search Snacks will show the translation for the language you have selectedSearch Snacks is free to use and in exchange for being free, Search Snacks is ad-supported Our product does not have access to install itself on a user's computer without the administrator's permissionMost likely if they have downloaded a program recently where Search Snacks was offered or bundled with that programWhen products are bundled together it's easy for the user to miss all of the programs that they are installing We do not want our users to be unhappy or inconvenienced in any wayWe always respond to our support emails as quickly as possible with the best instructions and information to help them remove Search Snacks if that is what they are trying to do We really appreciate your time looking into these concerns and for bringing them to our attentionWe would be extremely grateful if we could resolve both of [redacted] and [redacted] 's concerns without it effecting our company Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions Thank you kindly, [redacted] Search Snacks 619-977-

I did check with our support team and our records do show that we first received an email from *** *** (ID: ***) on 9/8/which we responded to her the same day with an apology and intrusions on how to properly remove our product from her deviceAs soon as we received the notice from you we quickly responded to her on 9/17/with a sincere apology and again instructions on how to remove Search SnacksWe have not have yet to receive a reposes from her regarding either of our emails

As you can imagine, their software is still on my computer and affects my browsing experience and work productivity on a daily basis. I have never heard back from Search Snacks. I want to know how to permanently delete and fully remove the software off my computer. I need Search Snacks to give me detailed steps to do so. I propose they email the Revdex.com with these steps so there is no doubt they have provided this information and then I would accept the business response if indeed the steps provided fully remove the software. Review: Their search engine product got installed on my computer by mistake. I uninstalled it per their instructions. Since that time it has been reinstalled on my computer no less than 6 times without any input from me. I have sent them a message stating that I did not want their program and what could I do to keep it from reinstalling itself on my computer. I received no response and it continued to show up.Desired Settlement: I want them to tell me how to keep their product off my computer.

Review: This site downloaded its software into my consent. It is a PUP/ trackware software that is involved advertises with cybersquatting sites and other sites that irrelevant and unsolicited sites. Search Snacks disrupts browsing. It is hard to uninstall, I have followed the provided uninstallation steps only to continue being annoyed by Search Snacks. Surely the software leave behind files with registry keys that allow the file to be ran after uninstallation. I believe Search Snacks may be advertising / affiliated with E-Commerce safety threat sites, meaning I strongly believe they advertise sites that sell counterfeit goods/services. The annoyance factor Search Snacks is so high I am unable to describe it. It causes ads to appear and block almost my entire browser window. This software has also caused my computer to direct me to site that somehow also installed in my computer without my authorization and now I have innumerable, HOURLY automatic updates. If the Revdex.com would please be so kind to contact this Search Snack demanding they provide me with a simple solution to remove all of Search Snacks files from my computer I would greatly appreciate it. I have also contacted Microsoft, and Norton to inform the security community of the nuisance of this software asking boht sources to identify Search Snacks as a PUP ( Potentially Unwanted Program).Desired Settlement: If the Revdex.com would please be so kind to contact this Search Snack ( I have emailed them but I never heard back, again with bad customer service) demanding they provide me with a simple solution to remove all of Search Snacks files from my computer and never have to deal with it again I would greatly appreciate it. I have also contacted Microsoft, and Norton to inform the security community of the nuisance of this software and have asked both sources to mark this software as PUP.
