I am writing this review because I recommended this company to friends Sadly they seem to Bait & switch When I was speaking to the store owner Joe, he stated that one thing but the reality was an additional I ask how much it would cost to install a faucet for a Kangen Water Machine so we did not have to use the faucet hose hook up I was quoted $89.00, now whether or not he intentionally mislead me or not, I do not know However when my friend called them asking to have the above done, they book an appointment, came out, Then quoted her an additional $to drill (2) holes Now this little ole lady is on a fixed income, so she said she couldn't do that They charge her $for minutes worth of work I being the one who recommended Joe of Southlantic Water Systems, went back to talk to them to see what was up, because Barbara was emotionally upsetI told Joe what went down and reminded him of what conversation we had Long story short - in my opinion and that of several friends know they took advantage of a little ole lady on a fixed income My name is Gary [redacted] and can be reached at I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS OR RECCOMEND THEM AGAIN!
