I was just told that they wouldn't cover my work, asked to sign a form, and the guy left! That was a complete LIE I will be sure to tell everyone about RDN Plumbing's TERRIBLE service I had a master plumber for the Pittsburgh area install my faucet part for under $ Now that, my friend, is cheap for the Pittsburgh area Know the difference.Absolutely unreal Regards, [redacted] ***

I just wanted to to update the RDN Plumbing Operations Manager, Chantillie N[redacted], that the item needed to replace the faucet was $39.00. In her argument she mentioned the cost of $337.17 was considered cheap for the Pittsburgh area.  I just wanted her to be aware that she has absolutely no validation for her cost.  I am appalled that this is the response I received.  I am not a difficult customer, I am an aware customer.  Shame on her, shame on the establishment.  She is out of line to blame the customer for being "difficult to please".  I am not satisfied with the response.  And for the record, I never refused to pay anyone.  I was never charged!  I was just told that they wouldn't cover my work, asked to sign a form, and the guy left! That was a complete LIE.  I will be sure to tell everyone about RDN Plumbing's TERRIBLE service.  I had a master plumber for the Pittsburgh area install my faucet part for under $70.00.  Now that, my friend, is cheap for the Pittsburgh area.  Know the difference.Absolutely unreal.

ID# [redacted]On June 28, 2017, RDN Plumbing, LLC ran the call to [redacted] through HSA Home Warranty. The status of this call was "Autho required” which means a diagnosis needs to be called into the authorization department and a diagnosis and explanation of issue must be given to the...

authorization rep.This policy just became effective one week prior to the call being dispatched to us. The representative from HSA asked our tech how long in his professional opinion has this leak been occurring. The tech explained to the representative that due to the water stain in the tub and the calcium build-up in the faucet handle that the leak has been occurring for a lot longer than a week, therefore the problem is noticeable and detectable, as per the Term OF service in the HSA Home Warranty guidelines. The HSA Authorization agent denied the claim on the grounds this was preexisting detectable conditions before the start of the policy.The RDN tech gave the customer a price to replace the bathtub faucet of $337.17, which is cheap in the Pittsburgh area standard.The Customer refused to pay their $75 service fee. The RDN tech did not dispute not receiving the customers service fee and gave the customer a receipt. This is a very typical scenario when doing jobs for a Home Warranty company and customers become very upset and it is our job not to engage in confrontation with the customer and allow the home warranty company to reiterate to the customer their Terms of Service. But unfortunately, the contractor usually takes an ear beating or asked to rebut their decision and commit fraud to the warranty company.RDN Plumbing, LLC has been working for HSA/AHS Home warranty in Western PA for just over 36 years. Horrible customer service to not only employees but persons in general looking for employment with the company the never answer or return calls I've been referred to about 3 different recruiters and they all magically no longer work there whenever it's time to get in contact with them about looking for employment and I'm constantly being shuffled around from person to person
