Hello,
Please note that prior to the receipt of Mr E*** complaint via the Revdex.com we had already offered to remove the Humidifier in question and provide a full refund
It should be noted we made several no charge visits to Mr Esquires
home to look into his concernsA larger humidifier was suggested in this case however he was not interested in upgrading the unit as they use more water, we carry all makes and models available and a larger model was offered to him in addition we would provide the further labor at no additional charge
We have scheduled a visit for February nd to remove the unit, Mr E*** has now re scheduled that visit to February 9th, providing he will be available then w will remedy the concern
As a long time service provider to *** we always stand fully behind what we sell

First of all we did make arrangements Feb and he was going to charge me $to take unit back NOT until I complained to *** head office in Ontario that a supervisor talked to himHe says to supervisor that he was giving me a full refund but that was not the case
Feb scheduled again a no show and no phone callThis was not the first timeSchedule was for 1pm - 3pmCalled them at 4pm did not have me on their schedule so had to reschedule Feb *** *** ***
Offered me other units, why would I want your poor serviceDon't want anything else to do with themYes u came out for free service times and now a 4thOnly had humidifier for months and has year warranty
I will see when they come take the unit back how well they patch up my furnace and if I actually get a full refund and how long it will take for the refundThat's if they actually show up!

The humidifier was picked up and furnace repatched by their tech John who did a goodjobFull refund was given by checkIssue solved but shouldn't have had to go through *** head office to get this problem solved
