Total credit recovery just called me and I feel I am being bullied into something I do not want to do
After countless conversations with about employees from this business, who put wrong information in each timeI became upset by their lack of communication and listening skillsI asked to speak to the main person in charge, Z Whittaker, when they all went silent and directed me to another personThe fourth person, I began to explain my financial problemsShe then logged in the wrong information, thus sending me to the next personWhere he understood my financial problems and agreed to me making two small payment a monthWhich is all I can afford
This *** individual DID NOT log in the details we discussedHence bringing in another call from themFirst person, tried to bully me by expressing that it must be paid immediatelyI explained to the individual, that my information should already be on file about my situationHe then pushed my call forward to another workerHE then decided to do the same, while not listening to meTalking over meAs I explained my financial problems, and why I couldn't pay on the first of January, (even though I made a payment on the 20th)He stated my account could not be placed on hold, if I didn't give me a confirmation code from my bank for automatic withdrawHe would not stop about this, and kept stating different dates for automatic withdrawals, when I clearly stated I can only do it on the first and 20th
I feel I am being pressured into something I do not want to doIs this common?
Calling my place of employment regularity without authorization or having ever had any prior correspondence with this company.This company is continuously calling my place of employment and leaving detailed messages with my co-workers regarding an apparent debt....including the company they are supposed to be representingNot only has this not been authorized, they have not obtained employment information from me, are breaching my privacy, and disrupting my co-workers
My phone number is continually called regarding a certain individualWe are receiving threats with regard to the callsI and my wife has told them the individual no longer lives at this number and under the privacy Act we do not feel we have to pass on the number they requestThey do not divulge any information
What should we do as we do inform the person informed of the callsThe person has advised they have called TCR and have never talked to an agent even after waiting on hold several minutes
We no longer want to be calledHELP!!!
