[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However there is one correction to their response I started this process on December 9th, I made at least visits to the store between Dec9th and Jan24th In addition I spent several hours on the phone with customer service for the Sears Credit Card On Jan24th I also contacted Sears Corporate Office in Hoffmann Estates and was given assistance there I don't know if it was your intervention, the intervention of the WisConsumer Complaint that I also filed, or the assistance of Sears Corporate, but I finally received the resolution that should have happend on December 9th when I cancelled the purchase of the dishwasher You may consider this matter closed Regards, [redacted]

We began working [redacted] issue when contacted late on Friday 01/24/14, When he came back on the 28th we let him know we were still pursuing a solution, which we did get later that day. He was given his credit of $540.53 on sales check [redacted] (after his 5%... discount for using his sears card.) I am sorry the warehouse was not able to correct this promptly, but I do want to Thank [redacted] for giving the store a chance to look into and resolve the issue on the 24th.
