Attempted to purchase merchandiseReceived a confirmation # and now told it is not available weeks laternow it is $2000.more if I want to buy it on 9/30/I contacted the store that had the merchandise and they confirmed they did have itSo I called in an order to the service center for a Samsung double oven I provided my credit card number and authorized my bank to process the transactionThe following week I called to inquire about the purchase and that card was not charged and was informed it could take another week or to receive I continued to check my order and never knew that a problem existed The next week I called again and was told the store never received the order and they would process it in the next hours and will receive a call on Monday the 16th I never received a call so I followed up on the 18th and was told I would receive a call Today I received a response by email that my order was not processed and would not be receiving the merchandise

I ordered a dishwasher via Sears Outlet website The first time, my order did not go through and I did not get to the purchase confirmation page at all and the website told me that the item was not available I ordered the different dishwasherThen I received the two confirmation emails later I contacted the customer service and they refunded me the dishwasher, but not delivery fee and tax

on 10/03/I purchased a Whirl Pool new fridge from Sears Collin Creek Mall Plano Texas That was delivered on 10th of Oct
On 11/13/I called Sears that the new fridge insulation is defective and leaks cooling airOne week later Whirl Pool technician arrives at my home tried to put some silicon RTV but failed to seal the leakHe advise to call Sears and have this replaced
I called Sears they provided me a replacement fridge delivery date of Nov once the delivery date passed I called Sears they apologize for not calling and telling me that the new fridge is not available and give me new date of DecOn this date they says the replacement fridge is on back order therefore go to Sears store and pick a new oneI went to Sears but could not find a suitable replacement, asked for a refund which store manager agreed but later got a call from Sears that no refund but will replace the defect

I made several purchase and was supposed to have interest free - they are screwing me with the interest I plan on filing all types of complaints

Refrigerator arrived different than what I purchased so I refused due to wring size I have the signed Freight receipt that I refused delivery I have no refrigerator and need my $refunded -- it was not a final sale and I need my money back
