Good afternoon, this is in response to the complaint filed against McCurley's Floor Center, thank you for offering the chance to respond. The customer ordered a small area rug and the contract specifically stated that there were no...

returns, refunds or cancellations. After she took the rug she complained that the rug didn't stay flat. The rug had been made by a separate shop and we contacted them and they said this might be normal because the carpet was rolled and takes time to flatten out. She did not want to wait however so we picked up the carpet to send for inspection, which takes some time. She again did not want to wait so even though the contract says no refunds, in view of customer satisfaction we refunded all of her money and took the loss.
