I had what I thought was roof shingle come loose on my roof Mr [redacted] , the owner of the company, arrived on the same day that I called before P.Mto give me an estimate and told me it would take about weeks to schedule the repair He then went onto the roof and realized that the problem was much worse, then instead of telling me it would be a while to get it fixed, he went back onto the roof fixed it himself in about minutes, then he charged me LESS than the original estimate he quoted me before he went on the roofHe then took the time to explain to me why the problem had occurred and what to expect in the future Can't thank him enough and would recommend his company anytime

I would like to compliment Marleau Hercules Fence Cn the excellent job they did constructing and installing a privacy fence on my property in West Toledo They estimated the job months ago and by the time I decided to have the fence erected the property became overgrown with vegetation They stuck to their original estimate and completed the job despite very hot weather and unfavorable landscape conditions Their estimate also came in at almost half the price of the large box stores and the quality of the workmanship on the fence panels was far superior to the box store samples

He then went onto the roof and realized that the problem was much worse, then instead of telling me it would be a while to get it fixed, he went back onto the roof fixed it himself in about 10 minutes, then he charged me LESS than the original estimate he quoted me before he went on the roof. He then took the time to explain to me why the problem had occurred and what to expect in the future.
Can't thank him enough and would recommend his company anytime.

Went in to get a counter balance put on and made it only 5 miles down the road when my wheel came off my infiniti. Later found out that he mechanic cross thread my bolts and torqued the bolt so much that it filed down the lug nuts. I was going 50 miles a hour down the highway when my wheel passed me road on rotor til I eventually came to a stop. It has cost me over 2,000 in just repairs to get the car home. Still have to replace two rims. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It was very unprofessional when the guy put my sports car in idle and was revving the engine will pulling it in the service garage.
