Review: I originally placed an order for a dining room table and chairs July 3, 2013. I was told I would receive my purchase within 6-8 weeks by the saleswoman [redacted]. I called numerous times as the delivery took almost 12 or 13 weeks. I was charged $60 for a fee for delivery which I agreed to but they delivered my table with no legs. They told us that they could not deliver them that day so my fiancé went to them up and put the table together himself. After putting the table together we realized that the chairs were the wrong size. You cannot sit on the chairs at the kitchen table. I called numerous times throughout this process with no help. Finally they offered to cut the legs down which I refused. After paying almost 2500$ I want the correct chairs. [redacted] the warehouse manager than offered to have new ones made and said they would take another 3 weeks which was from the week of Sept. 30th. I called back numerous times again and I still do not have the correct chairs. [redacted] told me I could expect them Nov. 2. I called Nov. 4th and she said that the delivery was being shipped Nov 2 not that they would have it which is false. She also stated she offered us loaner chairs which she never did. I called the saleswoman that day also and she said this was the first she's ever heard about any issues and that she would have to call me back tomorrow and she never did.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should receive some sort of reimbursement after we picked up part of the table and put it together ourselves. They are outside their guaranteed 90 days and have done nothing to honor their contract. Everytime I call the show room and ask for a manager one is never their.

Review: Ordered furniture on April 10, 2014. Invoice #[redacted]. When delivered on June 13, 2014 one piece of furniture (chairside table) was not item I ordered. Was told new table would be ordered for me. After waiting 8 weeks I inquired about replacement and was told it was not ordered because salesperson ([redacted]) felt it was not wrong item. Showed salespeople correct table and item number for replacement and new table was ordered on August 9, 2014. New table delivered on October 6, 2014. Again, wrong item. Refused delivery and requested refund of $185.00 plus tax $12.95. After speaking with several employees from October 6 thru October 11 I was assured a refund check would be mailed on October 13, 2014. On Octboer 20th I called inquiring about check I had not received and was told everyone was away at furniture show and there was no one to help me. Told me to call back after Oct. 24th when everyone returned. Waited until October 27th and called again to request check be mailed. Spoke with [redacted] (person who does refunds) at 3:00 p.m. on October 27 and she said would find file and call me back in a few minutes. Did not hear from her. Every time I have spoken to someone throughout this fiasco I was assured they would call me back. I have never received a return call from anyone in the entire organization. I have a list of 8 different people I have spoken to who assured me they would check on staus and call back but never did.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund by end of this week (Oct. 31st). And, after spending over $6,000.00 for furniture in this store I think I deserve a letter of apology from the owners. This way I know they are aware of the awful customer service in all there locations.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. They obviously mailed check upon receiving complaint. I still have not received apology from owner. But, that does not surprise me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Review: I purchased 4 peices of furniture and 1 wall decoration. I picked up the furniture but the wall direction was not the right color and the store told me they would give me a refund. The cost was $29.99 plus tax. For more than 6 weeks now I have been told they would send the check, or they sent the check, now they are waiting for someone in mgmt to see the status. End result I still do not have my money and no idea if I will ever get the refund.

Your assistance would be greatly apreciated.Desired Settlement: They owe me $29.99 plus tax I would like my refund. They told me that such a small amount they would not credit my chargecard but they would send me a check. I received nothing.
