Seaside auto dealership is corrently advertising a 2018 Ram ProMaster City for $***

I called the dealer on 1/27/2020 about the vehicle. Dealer says vehicle still avaible. I told him I wanted to purchase. Dealer tells me to come on down. On 1/28/2020 I drove 2.5 hrs, 100 mile from where I lived.
Bait-and-switch
When I got there the price went from $*** for vehicle. Dealer tells me it was advertised at the wrong priced.

Modification/discontinuance of Have Seaside Volkswagen update change to the correct price for the 2018 Ram ProMaster City for
