Your dogs appeared to be great natured and well cared for and it both saddens and angers me
that this matter has come to this conclusion

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Although I do not agree with the statements that were made regarding I asked for their "shots" and they were due for DHPP I will let this rest as refund is what I wanted. They were not due for that shot as it is a 3 yr shot and they were both current. I have their shot records to prove it as noone there ever asked to see a record of them. I have no intention of returning to Cherrystone and will not encourage anyone else to either.
