I received the response from *** *** in the mail today. As mentioned before, *** and *** are in a year agreement. He stated in his response that he’s paid their money and there is no reason to use the club until they get proper cancellation from the club. They have paid months worth of dues since December. Our member services department gave him the option written in his agreement that he may cancel his account with the $cancellation penalty fee if he wishes to get out of his year agreement. Also, we just had the Montgomery County Health Department inspect our club on Monday and all bodies of water in our club passed inspection. Thanks again. I do not believe that our pool caused the issue of his girlfriends bleeding ear and pimple break out. As you mentioned about *** wanting a refund, we choose not to issue any refund due to the fact that him and his girlfriend are still currently using the club. Our member services department has already spoken to *** about our cancellation policy as well as our freeze policy, as he tried to go around our cancellation policy wanting to freeze his account.
