I have got ur mail about the complain that is being filed against our parking lot which was submitted on 1/1/with that ID [redacted] from the customer named [redacted] first of all she had a reservations with other places but she got refused because all the parking lots near by the airport was pretty much sold out that day and then she made a last min reservation with us through way.com unfortunately we were sold out tooshe told us that she is getting late and running out of time for her flight and started begging to let her park at our parking spot then she signed a parking agreement document which stated that we wouldn't be responsible for the damages that were already on the car and now, she is claiming we putt a dent and some scratches on her car However,those all dent and scratches were full of rust which means they were old and the day when she came here to pickup her carshe threatened us and our employees with the wording that her father is a attorney so,he knows better how to handle this and she said give me a money right now otherwise she will file a case against us but we gave her a photocopy of that agreement and after 3-days she called us again with new thing that she needs a $this time for the scratches and dent otherwise we are gonna get a letter from the court when she was going out she said one more thing in a very sarcasm way that you better know who the new president coming I am sending you the documents please find the attachment with it Seatac Crest Motor Inn International Blvd Seatac, WA Ph: 206-433-| Fax: 206-248- [redacted]

Upon her return to SEATAC airport, Ms*** did not contact us directly, as is standard procedureShe had at least different individuals call us on her behalf asking that we pick her up with our shuttleNone of them was able to provide positive location identification or vehicle claim ticket
number
When she eventually called us herself, she was not at the location she statedOur van scoured the entire pickup zone and never saw her wave or identify herselfMs*** called again, clearly intoxicatedShe verbally abused our staff
She identified her vehicle as a red convertibleWas unable to provide make, model, year, or any other specificsWhen we finally traced her parking contract # ***, in it her vehicle was identified as a GREY NISSAN MURANO convertible, year model, plates ***
Ms*** at no time carried out a coherent or respectful telephone contact with usAt no time was she sober enough to give us minimal identifiers that would allow us to find her or her vehicleAll we received were verbal abuse and profanity
She was still under the influence when she came to claim her vehicle the following morning
