I am rejecting this response because:Well they did a diagnostic the first time and like I said they said the problem is the transmission and the transmission they installed it's doing the same thing now to me sounds like they want me to spend more money with them and they know I'm not going to be agree I already spent the value of the car with them (Nissan quest 1996) but if they want to fix the transmission my wife has been running the van like that to my daughters's school I can drop the van in to the shop and I hope they can fix it because one day when I went to the shop to see if they have it done *** saids they normally don't do that kind of jobs but they will finish it as they take that job and that day he saids if I don't finish it in a couple days I will give you your money back butIf they want me to take the van to the shop let me know

The customer had us install a used transmission from a wrecking yard, it works ok, not perfect. He has some external electronic control issues that are affecting the operation of the transmission, he was told that if he could get his van running properly we could do some further work, his van will...

barely run, it smells of raw gasoline. Please advise the customer that we are not refusing to do any further work, we just need his van to run properly for us to be able to diagnose what may be causing his concerns. Also, he needs to know that it may be outside of the transmission and that he would be responsible for those repairs, if it is internal inside the transmission we will cover the repair, [redacted].
